Anas Khaled Al-Saleh
Anas Khaled Al-Saleh is a prominent Kuwaiti leader with extensive experience in both government and business. Currently, he serves as Chairman of SAK Holding Company and is a Board Member of National Investments Company. His notable government roles include Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior (2019-2020), Deputy Prime Minister & State Minister of Cabinet Affairs (2017-2021), Minister of Finance (2014-2017), and Minister of Commerce and Industry (2012-2014). Additionally, he has held key positions such as Chairman of KNPC, Kuwait Investment Authority, and the Public Institution for Social Security, alongside significant roles in the private sector from 2006 to 2012. His career is distinguished by strategic leadership and impactful governance in Kuwait's economic and governmental sectors. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Portland State University (1997) and received an Honorary Doctorate from the same institution in 2017.
Sumeet Khutale
Sumeet Khutale is the founder of Lamaa, a fast-growing fintech company in Saudi Arabia focusing on supply chain finance and B2B Buy Now Pay Later, backed by Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship and RAED Ventures. Since its inception in October 2021, Lamaa has raised $5.5 million in seed capital. He also serves on the boards of Raya Financing Company, which specializes in auto financing, VII Ventures, a venture capital group promoting sustainable economies, and Lamar Holding, which operates projects in the Saudi energy sector. Previously, Sumeet held significant roles such as Program Director at Barclays Private Bank, COO at Barclays Capital, and Vice President at JP Morgan. His career began with project management and strategic consulting roles at Tata Consultancy Services and Hewitt Associates.
Osama Alayoub
Osama Alayoub was until recently the President & CEO of the Kuwait Investment Office (KIO), the world’s oldest sovereign wealth fund and the Kuwait Investment Authority’s London branch. In this role, he oversaw global investments across equities, fixed income, and alternatives and was pivotal in establishing Wren House Infrastructure, a globally recognized direct infrastructure manager. Prior to KIO, Alayoub served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on sovereign wealth funds in the MENA region and co-headed the European Special Situations Group. His career began at KIA, where he spent 13 years leading private equity activities and served on the Rhône Fund III advisory board. Alayoub earned a BSc in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University in 1994.
